Terms & Conditions

1. As this product is custom printed, the order cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled.
2. Only pre-paid orders will be accepted and processed. Do Not opt for the COD mode of payment, else the order gets cancelled.
3. Ensure the images you upload are high-resolution PNG images, clear and not blurry.
4. Ensure to keep the background of the design transparent in case you want the same for your T-shirts.
5. Ensure text size is readable, spelled correctly and colour stands out against T-shirt background.
6. The maximum design size allowed is 16 inches by 12 inches – Width by Height.
7. The design will be processed with dimensions as deemed best suitable by our graphic designer and closest to your specifications.
8. We will WhatsApp/Email you the final mock-up image before printing
9. Religious, provocative, political, obscene or copyright content will not be accepted and the order will be cancelled without providing any reason for the cancellation.
